The app installs nicely on the iPhone and can be useful for buying tickets on the fly. However, you need a data plan in Denmark or the app doesnt work. It worked great for 3 weeks for me but, on a second trip to Copenhagen, refused to accept the initially OK credit card. Currently, it wont accept any credit card. That level of reliability is problematic if you rely on the app for public transit.

Apparently you cant use this app unless you have a Danish phone number. Doesnt make visitors and tourists feel welcome in Denmark.

Only works with local numbers

Perhaps the app is not yet iOS 10 compatible. DOT/Movia list some DKK I would have otherwise paid them for the convenience of not carrying change with me.

It is not possible to use this on iphone. I cant believe this hasnt been fixed yet. It crashes when you put the sms code in.

So far so good. It works for me. Just be sure to add 1+ phone number (For USA) when asked for your phone number. It does accept international numbers despite what the other reviewer mentioned.

Use it when you are in Copenhagen.

somehow they managed to break the payment system making this app completely useless

I used this up in June 2014 while visiting Copenhagen and found it very convenient. Now, in May 2015, I am back in Copenhagen but the app is useless because I cannot enter the required type of card. The last update of this app was several month ago. It is sad and a shame to experience this kind of "support".

App crashes when Im trying to insert confirmation number.

Dont trust this app on a weak 3G or cellular network. It reported a failure while purchasing a ticket, but ended up charging me anyway, and as a result I ended up with two tickets when I only needed one. English localization would be appreciated too.

This app really needs a complete overhaul - a new developer might do the trick You should be able to pick your location You should be able to use SMS as backup when location services arent functioning properly I was fined $125 using this app - as a result of wrong location/zone

Terribly laggy and unresponsive, accepts payment on a random basis.

Tip about Copenhagen: if you use a US stripe credit card (no chip-and-pin) be prepared for some bad experiences. Almost no business takes it. Unless you carry a bag of coins with you, you will also not be able to buy metro tickets at the station. This app solves it. Punch in your US credit card number and buy right in your phone. Brilliant. They should do it in NYC

It is impossible to purchse anything, as it since the last update isnt possible to choose card type (as part of entering the card details process). I have both deleted the old card and reinstalled the app. Running IOS 8 on an iPhone 6.

Same issue. Cant buy any tickets as cant select card type.

Theres no need to select the card type when entering payment information; it is filled automatically after the card number is entered.

Downloaded. Entered US cell phone number. Waiting for confirmation by txt message. Never happened. Probably only recognizes European cell numbers.

Entered my mobile number starting with (+1). Didnt work. Never got a text. App is a great idea, but no help, no description of restrictions, and doesnt work. If it ever start working, let me know.
